Keshi pearls are among the most captivating of all freshwater pearls, and this AAA grade string shows exactly why. Because Keshi pearls form without a nucleus, they are composed almost entirely of nacre, the lustrous substance that gives pearls their glow. The result is a pearl that seems to shine from within rather than simply reflecting light from its surface, with a soft, satiny sheen and delicate rainbow overtones of pink, green, and silvery-blue that shift beautifully as the pearls catch the light.

Each pearl has its own naturally flattened, free-form shape, so no two are ever quite alike. This gives a finished necklace or bracelet a gentle, organic character that perfectly round pearls simply cannot match. At AAA grade these are the finest quality, with excellent lustre and lovely clean surfaces, and their versatile white colour works with almost anything. They make a genuinely special piece, whether strung simply on their own or combined with silver findings and other pearls.
