Oval White Pearl String – 7mm Freshwater

A beautiful freshwater 7mm pearl string with oval white pearls with a gorgeous lustre.

The oval shape is what sets these apart from the more familiar round or near-round pearl. Longer than they are wide, they lie along the strand with their curves facing outward, creating a necklace with a softer, more fluid rhythm than one strung with round pearls. The side drilling reinforces this effect — each pearl sits broadside to the string, maximizing the surface area visible to the eye and allowing that warm, creamy-white lustre to show to its fullest advantage.

At 7mm with around 60 pearls to a 16-inch string, they are a versatile and generous choice for necklaces and bracelets where elegance and a slightly different texture are what you are after.
