Botswana agate is among the most distinctive and collectible of all agate varieties, and these large faceted doughnut beads show exactly why. These stones are immediately recognisable by their characteristic fine banding, concentric rings and swirls in warm shades of chocolate brown, pale cream, and soft grey that wrap around each bead like the growth rings of an ancient tree.

No two beads are identical, and the variation across a single string is genuinely beautiful, ranging from near-white through caramel and mocha to deep, rich brown. The faceted doughnut form adds a contemporary edge to the natural character of the stone, with each flat facet catching the light at a slightly different angle and giving the surface an almost honeycomb-like texture when seen up close.
